Richmond Asset Management (RAM) is a real estate asset management business that owns a portfolio of multi-family residential properties in Southwestern Ontario.  We believe Southwestern Ontario is a great place to live and there’s going to be a growing number of people moving to the region with a desire to live in a clean, modern and safe property.  We are fulfilling this demand by acquiring properties in Southwestern Ontario and immediately investing in improvements to add value to the property and local community.

Our goal is to be the most respected real estate asset manager in the region.  We plan to accomplish this with three key priorities:

1. Provide safe, clean and updated accommodations for our tenants
2. Invest in making our properties more environmentally friendly each year
3. Give back to the local communities where our properties are located
